The FTP Automation Component object can be used to automate file transfers and perform other file processing activities such as compression and OpenPGP decryption from within other scripting and programming languages such as VBScript, Javascript, C#, and VB .net.

Secure file transfer using both FTPS and SFTP is supported. OpenPGP based encryption and decryption, file and folder compression and uncompression, file manipulation, and various system operations are also supported.
