4.2. Manage Accounts

In Multi Server Account Setup has Various stages.First step is to select the internet protocol from Multiple internet protocol.

Select internet protocol and security

In Sysax MultiServer control panel there are Seven protocols to be used.There are listed below.


1.SSH2 based Secure Shell and SFTP on port-The default port number of this protocol is 22.
2.SSH2 based SFTP only on port-The default port number of this protocol is 22.
3.SSH2 based Secure Shell only on port-The default port number of this protocol is 22.
4.TELNET on port-The default port number of this protocol is 23.The acronym for TELNET is
TELecommunication NETwork protocol.
5.FTP and FTPS(SSL/TLS)on port-The default port number of this protocol is 21.
6.FTPS(SSL/TLS)explicit on port-The default port number of this protocol is 21.Explicit
SSl can be used to communicate the server.Communication initially
starts with plain text until the client issue 'AUTH SSL' or 'AUTH TLS' 
command which is used to verify certificate.
7.FTPS(SSL/TLS) implicit on port-The default port number of this protocol is 990.
Any connections made to this port require immediate negotiation of certificate.

Security

Security allow user's to control security features of FTP(File Transfer Protocol) Server such as restrictions of Ip and SSL/TLS options.
