System Requirements

A Computer system satisfying minimum hardware requirements for and running any Microsoft® Windows® Server or Desktop Operating system:

• Windows® Server 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016/2019/2022
• Windows® XP/Vista/7/8/10/11

Installation Instructions

It is necessary to be logged into the system as administrator when installing, configuring, or uninstalling the software. To install the software on your computer,

• Download setup file by clicking on the download button.
• If upgrading, uninstall the old release (settings preserved).
• Right click on the setup file and select "Run as administrator" to run the installation wizard.
• Follow on-screen instructions to install the program.

If this is the first time the software is installed on the system, the 30 day trial license will be automatically activated. Otherwise, a valid license key must be installed as specified in the instructions that came with the license key.

Uninstallation

From the Windows "Start" menu, select the "Sysax Multi Server" or "Sysax FTP Automation" folder to expand it. Right click on the uninstall option and select "Run as administrator" to run the uninstallation wizard.
