After the update of the fixed version, the scheduler does not function any longer. Could you please assist us.

The most common reason is that the scheduler service is not running anymore. Did you uninstall the previous version before before you installed the new version of the product? Also, you can open the windows control panel, select administrative tools, and click on the services icon. Find the Sysax Scheduler service, and see if it is started. If not, start the service.

I did all of the below. I even restarted the server.

The other issue to look out for is that the control panel must be closed - the scheduler automatically pauses if the control panel is open to prevent conflicts during scheduling a task. Is the scheduler not working even after the control panel is closed?
