I'm attempting to run this on Windows 7 but the program doesn't work. I click "start server" at the program GUI says the server is running but it's not. The NT service is stopped and the web interface is not accessible. Any thoughts? Thanks

When running in Windows 7, was the program installed and started using an account that has administrative previleges?
