Server 2003, installed IIS 6, generated CSR, uninstalled IIS 6, used csr at Godaddy to obtain a SSL *.crt file. Imported *.crt file directly into SySax server but it doesn't work, users get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" What am I missing

You will need to export the SSL certificate including the private key as a pfx file.

Are you saying that a PFX file w/the private key is good enough?  This can be imported and there's no need to convert to a PEM format?
