When the Server is started, the message 'The Sysax multi Server will not start', and to contact support. In the control panel I had selected all the default ports and had selected the FTP server. On some occasions the message 'Server is Running' appears, but when I go to the HTTPS interface the server is not running. I thought this might be a port issue, and uninstalled some servers using other ports from my computer in case and restarted. I turned off Norton Smart Firewall and Disabled Windows Firewall. Any advise on finding what other prog might be using the port or other solution would be appreciated. Below is copy of log file. 12/09/2010 10:18:37 PM: [NOTE] Starting Server. Same problem here. Is the sysax support team aware of this? Is there any documentation on the proper config?

orfeo, I received a similar error when I check the log file: 12/27/2010 10:14:45 AM: [NOTE] Starting Server. Protocols Enabled: Secure Shell(Port: 22), 12/27/2010 10:14:45 AM: [FAIL] Could not listen on address: any and port: 22 because the combination is already in use 12/27/2010 10:14:45 AM: [NOTE] SSL v2 Protocols disabled for PCI Compliance 12/27/2010 10:14:45 AM: [FAIL] FTP server could not start - Check if another program is listening at the same ports 12/27/2010 10:14:45 AM: [NOTE] FTP server stopped I have a FTP Server using port 22 when I changed the port it started correctly. Hope this helps.
